Overview

Dr. Oetker’s FMCG pizza brands, Ristorante and Papa Giuseppe’s, needed a refreshed suite of content to power their always-on campaigns across social, web, and digital retail platforms. TOFU Agency was engaged to develop and produce a full year’s worth of brand-aligned content across two distinct product lines.

Challenges

Each brand required a distinct tone of voice while maintaining visual consistency within their respective guidelines. Coordinating a one-day talent shoot across both Ristorante and Papa Giuseppe’s presented challenges, particularly when using the same talent. This was successfully addressed through thoughtful styling and a seamless run sheet.


During post-production, the campaign was elevated to feature in the client’s National Out of Home rollout. I re-negotiated talent contracts accordingly, managing the process calmly and efficiently while keeping everything within budget.


With multiple shoot types in play, I worked closely with creative partners to ensure cohesion across formats and to maximise output from each shoot day. Tight timelines and a high volume of deliverables meant pre-production planning, run sheet management, and a clearly defined approvals process were essential to avoid post-shoot bottlenecks.

Outcomes

  • Delivered 128+ final assets across five shoots ahead of schedule

  • The high-quality campaign imagery was subsequently chosen to be used for the Ristorante's above-the-line campaign.
